The MEDDTL ministry complex is the subject of a total restructuring with the aim of providing optimal conditions for the minister, secretaries of state and all the related departments. The buildings are partially listed and have a great historic and patrimonial  importance. One of the purposes of this renovation  is to achieve a reduction in energy consumption of 50% in the listed buildings with a “factor 4” objective by 2050.
