Uniting an agricultural college and a hotel school around the food professions, the architecture of this campus accompanies tastes and flavours from the landscape right up to the plate. The lycée's name refers to the Kyoto Protocol and the energy goals of the project: zero fossil fuel. Ecological, bioclimatic and landscaping aspects have guided the conception of the establishment.
